I completed my Master of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, a four-year program grounded in classical osteopathic principles, extensive manual training, and in-depth study of anatomy, body mechanics, and physiology. Prior to osteopathy, I graduated with honors from Western University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences specializing in Rehabilitation Sciences. My undergraduate training included clinical placements in traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and stroke rehabilitation, as well as a thesis examining interprofessional care models across hospital settings.

I also have a significant background in high-performance sport, working with NHL level athletes on movement efficiency, recovery, injury patterns, and biomechanical optimization through skating consulting, corrective exercise, and osteopathic manual therapy. Over the years, I’ve worked with athletes in the NHL, UFC, MLB, NLL, Team Canada Figure Skating, world-level cheerleading, and professional boxing.

My career has given me the opportunity to learn from industry leaders in performance and rehabilitation. These years of elite-level experience shaped the standard of care I bring to every patient, and it’s a standard I’m excited to share with the Bay Area community through my practice today.

My Roots

Originally from Toronto, I look forward to summers spending time on the lake in Muskoka, boating, golfing, and making memories with my family.

When I’m not treating I also love finding new ways to move my body outdoors and in the community: skiing, hiking, pilates, sailing, running and strength training are a few of my favorites.

Health isn’t just my field of work; it’s a foundational pillar in my life, and I enjoy finding ways to implement osteopathic principles and longevity strategies into my day-to-day routines.

Beyond the table

Outside of the clinic, I co-host Well and Back, a podcast I share with my two close friends and fellow osteopaths. We explore health trends, wellness culture, and share the honest, entertaining realities of trying to stay “well” while juggling work, relationships, children, and everything in between.

The sometimes informative, often relatable conversations we have are designed to revive the out-of-touch healthcare advice so many patients receive. We wanted to bridge the gap between what happens in the clinic and what it truly looks like to apply those principles in everyday life.

For us, being “well” isn’t a finish line, it’s a daily practice. Some days it’s structured and intentional; other days it’s messy, imperfect, and simply doing your best. Well and Back is about reminding people that wellness is something you can always return to, no matter how far off track life takes you.
